Every PrestaShop store has its own configuration, and some processing may require special attention. HTML Minifier therefore allows you to exclude specific PrestaShop controllers from optimization.

The module also includes a debug mode that temporarily disables all optimizations to simplify testing, troubleshooting, or comparing the store’s behavior with and without minification.

Protection of sensitive elements

HTML Minifier provides protection for several types of content during minification, including SVG, CSS, and JavaScript blocks. JSON-LD structured data is also taken into account to avoid disrupting information used by search engines.

You can also manually protect a portion of code using the special tags htmlminifier-disable and htmlminifier-enable.
